ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
The Old Post Office sleeps up to twelve guests and is comfortably furnished and well equipped providing bright and airy holiday accommodation.
Accommodation comprises:
Downstairs
- Large living/dining room at the front of the house.
- Fitted kitchen with space to prepare and cook family meals together with utensils, crockery and cutlery.
- TV with BT Sports Channels, and wood/coal burning stove. There is a large dining table and a high chair is available on request.
- Well equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
- Twin bedroom at the rear of the property.
- Downstair cloak room with a WC and handbasin.
First Floor
- Main bedroom with a king size bed. There is also space for a cot which the owners can provide upon request when booking.
- Two twin bedrooms with two single beds. The rear twin bedroom looks out onto a large field containing the River Ehen.
- Large family bathroom with a separate walk-in shower, WC and handbasin. An original fireplace is a lovely decorative feature.
Second Floor
- There are two bedrooms on the second floor – one with a king-size bed and the other with two singles
Additional information
Children welcome (high chair & cot available on request). Off-road parking for 2/3 cars with further parking available opposite. Pets can stay upon request. No smoking.
Availability
We had a great week at The Old Post Office and enjoyed walking and eating at the local pub. Definitely recommend the cottage and location to friends.
